General information and instructions to authors
for paper submission
Prior to submitting their paper, authors should review the paper editing and submission guidelines for presentations at AiCARR’S congresses.
Only some essential information items are reported below.
How to send your ABSTRACT – free and invited SPEAKERS. Abstracts (1.500
characters including spaces) should be submitted within the indicated
time limit online through the “Call for Paper” webpage in the Section
Events > Authors Area > Send abstracts on AiCARR’s website. Members can log in through user ID and password, while non-members should register supplying the required personal data to receive user iD and password.
Abstracts sent through any other means, including email or fax, will not be accepted.
Abstracts will not be accepted if they arrive after the closing date
Starting on the date indicated in the Call for
Papers, presenters of each abstract submitted for free paper can log in
to the private area and check whether their submission has been rejected

The papers of each accepted abstract should be edited
on PAPER TEMPLATE and be submitted online within the time limit
indicated in the Call for Paper, through AiCARR’s website www.aicarr.org, Section Events > Authors Area > Send paper.
Papers sent through any other means, including mail or fax, will not be accepted
Papers will not be accepted if they arrive after the closing date
On the paper submission form, please enter the names of
the authors, together with their appointments, the full title of the
paper and, if required, the indication of the section. Make sure to
always click the “save” button if you
need to make any changes, you can return to this page at any time as
often as you wish. In the final step to confirm submission of your
paper, click the “Send paper” send paper button on the
page of the Abstract list. After your paper has been sent and uploaded,
no more changes are permitted.
Oral presentation at the conference
The presentation has to be delivered in accordance with
the “PPT TEMPLATE"; the number of slides to be presented has to be
calculated based on the allotted minutes of talking time, bearing in
mind that most speakers average one minute per slide.
Presentation posters at the conference
Use the “POSTER TEMPLATE” to print your Poster for the Poster Session.
Each speaker takes responsibility for the content and
graphical form of the text. In submitting the paper, the author accepts
the disclaimer provided for its use.
