SEND ABSTRACT
GENERAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS ON PAPER SUBMITTAL

ABSTRACT SUBMITTAL: FREE AND INVITED PAPERS
Abstracts (4000 characters including spaces) should be sent through the website of the AiCARR home page → Convegni → Area relatori →Invio abstract or Invia Relazione within the indicated deadline.
The Author – when submitting his/her abstract – should specify in which other town he/she is available to participate in possible repetitions of the same convention, if this is the case.
IMPORTANT NOTE.
Abstracts sent via e-mail, fax, or other system will not be accepted
Abstracts sent later than the indicated submittal deadline will not be accepted
For abstract submittal it is requested to enter to the reserved area of the website
- AiCARR Members have access to this area by signing in with their user name and password
- Non-Members should sign in by sending the data requested.
Abstracts acceptance for FREE PAPERS will be communicated within the indicated terms.
SENDING FREE PAPERS
Authors of Free Papers, after receipt of the “abstract acceptance” notice via e-mail, can send their papers entering the website www.aicarr.org home page → Convegni → Area relatori → Invia Relazione, according to procedure and deadline established by the Committee.
The Author, by signing in with the same user name and password used to send the abstract, has access to the list of all his/her abstracts previously submitted including their current status
“refused“ or “accepted for sending paper”
Only for works whose status is “accepted for sending paper” it is possible to send the relevant paper by clicking on ”PAPER LOADING” which allows the insertion of the file of the paper edited according to the established procedure (see PAPER TEMPLATE)
It is necessary to re-insert authors and affiliation data and indicate to relevant TOPIC (for certain conferences only and when requested). The title of the paper can be modified and then saved by clicking on “Save” at the page down end.
It is possible to access these pages for many times until it is decided to send the final paper to the Secretariat by clicking on “Send Paper”
Warning: no modification can be done on papers after their sending.

NOTE: Authors are responsible for the content and the graphical form of the papers. By sending the paper Authors accept the redeeming clause for the paper utilization.
